rogram evaluation is an important part of the modern management agenda in government organizations around the world. Responding to a client-driven demand for more project resources in this area, BMB is building on its roots in program evaluation within science-based departments to offer an enhanced capability through the addition of four new associates with significant experience. This provides BMB with ten principal-level resources, supplemented by senior consultants, providing the firm with one of the strongest program evaluation practice areas in Canada.

Members of our Program Evaluation Practice have a broad knowledge of the program evaluation and review environment across the federal government. This knowledge has been acquired through work with the Audit and Evaluation (or equivalent) groups in a number of federal government departments such as Industry Canada, Natural Resources Canada, the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Environment Canada, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Health Canada, Canadian International Development Agency, Citizenship and Immigration Canada, National Defence and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. Several practice members are also members of the Canadian Evaluation Society.
